Responsibilities:
- Managing and coordinating Operational Activities of the Region
- Drive Regional team to achieve assigned regional targets
- Review & expand assessment compatible Nodes Infrastructure in the Region
- Build strong relationship with partners
- Review and ensure Policy Compliance
- Manage cost
- Presentation/Meetings with the Clients/Partners
- Reviewing and reporting on daily/weekly/monthly Performance
- Reviewing measures to achieve performance targets
- Attending conferences, events, and meetings as per the schedule
- Resolve operational and other technical issues in the Region
- Maintain communication with Delivery, Sales and Admin teams on regular basis
- Lead the planning and delivery of effective, efficient, and sustainable operations across the Region.
- Ensure that delivery is in line with budgets and key performance indicators Monitor, coach, support, motivate and develop team members.
- Manage risk for all the services in the region on an on-going basis, giving early insight into any issues. Ensure that all service delivery is within and compliant with relevant regulatory frameworks and contract requirements.
