Educational Qualification
- BE / B.Tech in Fire & Safety Engineering / Fire Safety
- B.Sc. in Fire & Safety / Fire Safety Officer qualification

Job Responsibilities
- Design, supervise, and maintain fire-fighting and fire protection systems at the project/site.
- Ensure compliance with applicable fire safety standards, regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Conduct regular fire safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
- Monitor fire-fighting equipment, hydrants, sprinklers, fire alarms, pumps, extinguishers, and other fire protection systems.
- Prepare and maintain fire safety reports, inspection records, checklists, and compliance documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and site teams regarding fire safety requirements.
- Identify potential fire hazards and recommend corrective and preventive measures.




- Conduct fire drills, emergency preparedness activities, and safety training for employees/workers.
- Ensure proper implementation of fire safety procedures at the site.
- Coordinate with local fire authorities and other statutory agencies whenever required.
- Monitor installation, testing, and commissioning of fire-fighting systems.
- Ensure timely rectification of fire safety observations and non-compliances.

Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of fire-fighting and fire protection systems.
- Good understanding of fire safety codes, standards, and statutory requirements.
- Experience in fire safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
- Knowledge of fire hydrant, sprinkler, fire alarm, fire pump, and firefighting equipment systems.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage fire & safety activities independently at the site.
- Solid reporting and documentation skills.
