Job Overview:
We are seeking an HR Executive with specialized experience in the Infrastructure or Construction sector to handle end-to-end recruitment, labour management, and HR operations across our offices and project sites.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate, technical, and site-level roles (engineers, operators, supervisors).
Oversee site labour management, attendance verification, and contractor compliance.
Handle employee onboarding, documentation, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, labour laws).
Coordinate with Site Admins for accommodation, onboarding, and welfare arrangements.
Qualifications & Skills
MBA or Graduate in Human Resources or related field.
5+ years of core HR experience, specifically within infrastructure, construction, or solar industries.
Thorough knowledge of Indian labour laws and compliance practices.
Excellent interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
