Job Summary

The Promoter Supervisor / Sales Officer is responsible for managing promoters across the assigned territory to ensure effective market execution, product availability and achievement of sales targets. The role involves regular market visits, resolving field issues, coordinating with internal teams and promoter agencies, and ensuring promoters perform effectively to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage promoters across the assigned territory to achieve promoter-wise, outlet-wise and overall sales targets while maintaining discipline.
- Visit markets regularly to monitor promoter performance, product availability, merchandising, store execution and ensure optimum outlet coverage.
- Plan promoter deployment, attendance, leave, and replacements to maximise promoter productivity and ensure uninterrupted market coverage.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with retail stores, promoters and sales teams to improve product visibility and sales.
- Recruit, train, guide, and motivate promoters to improve product knowledge,



selling skills and overall performance.
- Conduct regular on-the-job training, market visits, and performance reviews and implement improvement plans wherever required.
- Ensure promoters adhere to company standards for grooming, attendance, behaviour, reporting, and other company policies
- Ensure proper product visibility, shelf placement, and smooth execution of product launches, product sampling, consumer promotions, events, and POSM activities at retail outlets.
- Resolve promoter and sales team issues promptly to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Coordinate with Sales, HR, Marketing, promoter agencies, and retailers for effective promoter management.
- Monitor promoter performance and coordinate with promoter agencies for target allocation, attendance, salary, incentives, manpower deployment, replacements, and issue resolution
