Key Responsibilities
- Assist the dentist during dental procedures.
- Prepare and arrange instruments before treatment.
- Clean, sterilize, and maintain dental instruments and equipment.
- Prepare treatment rooms before each patient.
- Help ensure patients are comfortable during their visit.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the clinic.
- Support doctors and front office staff with day-to-day clinical activities.
- Learn and follow infection control and sterilization protocols.
Requirements:
- 10th or 12th Pass or Any degree
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Basic English reading and understanding skills are required.
- Ability to communicate in Tamil; basic spoken English is an added advantage.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and good work ethic.
- Punctual, disciplined, and responsible.
- Neat, well-groomed, and professional in appearance.
- Able to work well as part of a team.
