This role involves frequent outstation travel to meet customers, visit prospective clients, attend business meetings, conduct market visits, and develop new markets.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territories.
- Generate leads through field visits, referrals, networking, and market research.
- Meet prospective and existing customers regularly to understand their requirements and present suitable products/services.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Conduct frequent outstation visits for customer meetings, business development, and market expansion.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, distributors, and business partners.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and follow up to close sales.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and travel reports.




- Follow up on payments and outstanding receivables where required.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management.
- Represent the company professionally at customer meetings, exhibitions, trade events, and other business activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate degree in any discipline; a qualification in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management will be an advantage.
- 1-5 years of experience in sales/business development, preferably in a field-sales role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Solid customer-handling and relationship-management abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to work independently.
- Comfortable with frequent travel and extended outstation visits.
- Good knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace and basic sales reporting.
- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel by road/air/train as required.
