Job Description: Manager - Business Process Excellence & AutomationPurpose of the Role

To improve the way the organization operates by studying existing business processes, redesigning them for simplicity and scalability, and enabling automation through technology.

Key Responsibilities
- Map and document end-to-end business processes across functions.
- Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, risks and control gaps.
- Redesign processes to improve efficiency, customer experience and governance.
- Prepare business requirements for automation initiatives.
- Work with business teams and IT to implement automated workflows.
- Establish process documentation, SOPs and ownership.
- Track process performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure current processes are adopted consistently across the organization.

Preferred Profile




- 5-10 years of experience in Business Process Management, Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement or Business Transformation.
- Experience in process mapping and redesign.
- Exposure to ERP/workflow automation projects.
- Lean Six Sigma certification is preferred.
- Strong analytical, structured thinking and stakeholder management skills.

Success Measures
- Reduction in process cycle time.
- Reduction in manual effort and rework.
- Number of business processes redesigned and automated.
- Improvement in process compliance and internal controls.
- Measurable productivity and cost improvements.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
