We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support our growing workforce and organizational development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
- Handle employee documentation, joining formalities, and personnel records.
- Coordinate attendance, leave management, and HRMIS updates.
- Assist in payroll preparation and employee benefits administration.
- Draft HR letters, appointment letters, experience letters, and other employee communications.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Support employee engagement, performance management, and retention initiatives.
- Maintain employee databases and confidential HR records.
- Coordinate training programs and employee development activities.
- Address employee queries and provide HR support across departments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and HR operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Experience in payroll coordination and employee lifecycle management will be preferred.
