Job Title: Operations Intern

Position Overview:
We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented freshers to join our team at Trace as

Operations Specialist Interns. In this internship role, you will receive hands-on training and

work closely with experienced professionals to learn the ins and outs of our background

verification processes, using our advanced AI platform to deliver fast and accurate results.

This internship offers an excellent prospect to gain practical experience in a dynamic

and growing industry.





Key Responsibilities:
- Learning & Development: Participate in training sessions to gain a solid

understanding of the background verification process.

Process Support: Assist in supporting the background verification process,

ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Data Handling: Learn to use AI tools to analyse data and assist in generating

employee evaluations.

Quality Control: Support the team in maintaining high-quality standards and

accuracy in reporting.

Client Interaction: Assist in responding to client inquiries and providing updates

under supervision.

- Team Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to contribute ideas forprocess improvements.

Compliance: Learn about and help ensure adherence to legal and regulatory

requirements in the BGV process.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
