Supervise and guide the billing team in day-to-day operations.
- Prepare and verify inpatient and outpatient bills for accuracy.
- Coordinate with TPAs, insurance companies, and patients regarding billing queries and settlements.
- Monitor pending bills and ensure timely collections and reconciliations.
- Maintain billing records and generate periodic MIS reports.
- Ensure adherence to hospital policies, regulatory requirements, and audit standards.
- Train junior billing staff and assist in process improvements.
