Job Summary

Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain sales invoices, purchase entries, and payment records.
- Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
- Handle GST filing, TDS, and statutory compliance activities.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain cash flow records.
- Follow up with customers for outstanding payments.
- Process vendor payments and maintain supplier ledgers.
- Maintain employee attendance, payroll support, and reimbursement records.
- Generate monthly MIS reports and financial summaries.
- Coordinate with auditors, CA, and management for financial requirements.
- Maintain proper filing of purchase orders, invoices, and accounting documents.

RequirementsEducation
- B.Com, M.Com, BBA(Finance), or equivalent qualification.





Experience
- 2 to 5 years of accounting experience.
- Experience in manufacturing, engineering, fabrication, or industrial companies preferred.

Skills Required
- Zoho Books
- MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Basic Formulas)
- GST & TDS Knowledge
- Invoice Processing
- Bank Reconciliation
- Financial Reporting
- Good Communication Skills

Salary
- ₹15,000 - ₹22,000 per month
- Salary negotiable based on experience and skills.
