Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and review engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences aligned with IB PYP Early Years framework:
- Ensure effective inquiry-based, play-based, and concept-driven teaching practices
- Mentor and support early years teachers on IB methodologies and best practices
- Plan and conduct curriculum mapping, unit planning, and assessments as per IB standards
- Observe classrooms and provide constructive feedback to improve teaching quality
- Promote a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment
- Support documentation of student learning through portfolios and observations
- Collaborate with school leadership, coordinators, and parents to support holistic child development




- Lead career development sessions for early years educators
- Ensure compliance with IB authorization and evaluation requirements

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- IB PYP training/certification preferred
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Early Years education (IB experience mandatory)
- Strong understanding of child development and early learning pedagogy
- Excellent communication, mentoring, and leadership skills.

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹95,000.00 per month
