Pre-Sales Executive

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and identify potential business opportunities.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and other sales-related documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are effectively addressed.
- Support the sales team in closing deals and maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales activity records in CRM systems.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to improve sales strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing customers.

Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Inside Sales, Customer Support, or a similar role.




- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of sales processes and lead management.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team workplace.

Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and skills).

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
