About the Role

Key ResponsibilitiesUI/UX Design
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and mockups.
- Conduct usability analysis and recommend design improvements.
- Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Maintain design systems and ensure consistency across products.

Graphic Design
- Create engaging social media posts, static creatives, and promotional content.
- Develop brand-compliant visual assets for digital and print platforms.
- Ensure visual consistency across all communication channels.

Video Production & Content Creation
- Plan and execute photo and video shoots for marketing campaigns.
- Shoot and create short-form video content, including Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and promotional videos.
- Edit videos with transitions, motion graphics, text overlays, and sound effects.
- Optimize content for various social media platforms.
- Stay updated with the latest social media and content creation trends.





Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar UI/UX design tools.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
- Experience with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar software.
- Understanding of responsive design principles and user-centered design methodologies.
- Knowledge of typography, color theory, layout design, and branding.
- Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Strong creativity, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of professional experience in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Video Editing, or a related role.
