Skills and Competencies
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
- Expert-level programming knowledge in Java.
- Proficient in Spring Boot framework for building micro-services.
- Experience in concurrent and multi-threaded programming.
- Working knowledge of relational DBMS, preferably Oracle PL/SQL.
- Experience with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience working on Linux-based distributions (CentOS / RHEL).
- Experience working with AWS services.
- Working knowledge of a scripting language such as Python is a plus.
- Experience with NoSQL databases such as Elasticsearch or MongoDB is a plus.
- Experience with big data frameworks such as Apache Storm or Spark is a significant plus.
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with a proven track record of effective teamwork.
- Familiarity with artificial intelligence coding assistants, such as Cursor and GitHub Copilot to boost productivity and efficiency.
Education
Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field is required.
