Role Overview
Edulab is looking for a Social & Content Media Lead who can drive content strategy, performance marketing, and measurable business outcomes across South Asia and GCC markets. This role goes beyond content creation and execution — you will own performance marketing, lead generation, and creative direction, while guiding designers, creators, and freelancers to deliver high-quality, on-brand work. You will combine strategic thinking, creative judgment,
and data-driven execution while actively leveraging AI tools to work faster and smarter.
Responsibilities
- Performance Marketing & Growth: Own the full-funnel marketing strategy across Google Ads (Search, Display, and YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram). Manage budgets, set performance targets, and continuously optimize campaigns to increase qualified leads while reducing Cost per Lead (CPL).
- Content Strategy & Creative Direction: Define and own the content strategy from planning to execution, ensuring all content is brand-aligned, audience-focused, and supports business and performance goals.
- Team & Creative Leadership: Lead and coordinate the work of designers, content creators, and/or freelancers — assigning tasks, reviewing output quality, and ensuring timely delivery against campaign goals. Provide clear, structured feedback to elevate social, ad, and video creative.
