We are seeking a visionary and execution-oriented VP of Platform Engineering & Operations to lead our India-based technology hub. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for bridging the gap between cutting-edge platform engineering and world-class operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership & People Management
- Site Leadership: Act as the primary lead for the India Platform & Ops organization, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Talent Development: Hire,
mentor, and retain top-tier engineering talent, building a high-performing team capable of supporting global scale.
- Performance Management: Drive organizational success through a rigorous OKR (Objectives and Key Results) framework and clear KPIs (MTTR, MTTD, Change Success Rate, etc.).
2. Operations & Reliability
- Global Support: Oversee Tier 1 and Tier 2 operational support functions, ensuring 24/7 availability and adherence to strict SLAs.
- Incident Management: Lead the strategy for major incident response and post-mortem analysis to prevent recurrence.
- Controls & Monitoring: Implement robust controls and observability stacks to monitor system health, security compliance, and data integrity.
3. Automation & AI Mindset
- Self-Healing Infrastructure: Shift the organization from reactive "firefighting" to a proactive, AIOps-driven model.
- CI/CD & DevOps: Champion the adoption of Infra
