ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Senior UiPath Developer to design, develop, and deliver enterprise-grade automation solutions across attended, unattended, and agentic deployment models. You will drive automation initiatives end-to-end — from solution design through production support — collaborating with business and technology teams to maximize ROI on our automation investments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and develop complex automation workflows using UiPath Studio following REFramework and best-practice design patterns.
- Build and manage agentic automations that combine LLM-based reasoning with structured RPA workflows.
- Configure and administer UiPath Orchestrator — robots, queues, schedules, assets, and exception handling.
- Design human-in-the-loop workflows using Action Center for approvals, escalations, and exception management.




- Develop intelligent document processing pipelines for automated classification, extraction, and validation.
- Integrate automations with enterprise systems via REST APIs, web services, and native connectors.
- Author and maintain test cases; integrate automations into CI/CD pipelines for continuous delivery.
- Lead code reviews, enforce quality standards, and mentor junior developers.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to document processes, estimate effort, and define success metrics.
- Architect agentic automations that orchestrate LLM reasoning, tool calls, and RPA execution for complex, judgment-based processes.

REQUIRED SKILLS

UiPath Platform
- Strong hands-on experience with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, Action Center, and Document Understanding.
- Proficiency in agentic automation, AI-assisted workflows, and GenAI activity integration.
- Experience with UiPath Test Suite and CI/CD integration (Azure
