Plan and manage daily dispatch schedules based on sales orders and production output.

Coordinate with production, packing, and sales teams to avoid delays or mix-ups.

Ensure correct picking, packing, labelling, and loading of all orders.

Verify quantities, batch details, and quality before dispatch.

Manage delivery staff, drivers, and loaders. Assign routes and priorities.

Maintain dispatch records: invoices, delivery notes, returns, and shortages.

Track vehicles, fuel usage, and delivery timelines.

Handle customer complaints related to delivery issues and resolve quickly.

Ensure hygiene, safety, and food-handling standards in dispatch area.

Control wastage, damages, and dispatch errors.

Train and monitor dispatch staff performance.

Good with numbers, orders, and basic computer systems.

Calm under pressure, fast decision maker.

Transparent communication in local language and basic English.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
