Job Description:
- Work with PSUs to secure approval and Value Sales planned for various product segment - Waterproofing, Admixtures, Repair, Special Repair and Flooring.
- Work with each PSU as independent unit and ensure the Specification and technical BOQ include Asian Paint for Current Projects, Expansions and M&R; requirements.
- Work in collaboration with respective regions and Sales team to ensure delivery of planed numbers for each region.
- Working with external Consultants and Internal Technical team of PSUs to develop specification for Asian Paints - various product segment.
- Understanding of various building and material codes - IS Codes and utility for each PSU
- Construction Knowledge: Familiarity with construction processes, materials, and methodologies.
- Perform field visits and write reports detailing project viability and progress

Education:
- B Tech/ BE Civil or Diploma in Civil.
