Job Summary: Rento Bengaluru is looking for a proactive and field-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing rental and leasing properties, coordinating with property owners, and conducting property showings for clients provided by Rento.
- Key Responsibilities:Source and onboard properties for rental, property management, and commercial leasing by coordinating directly with property owners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, explaining Rento’s services and onboarding suitable inventories.
- Conduct property visits and showings for clients provided by Rento, ensuring a smooth and qualified experience.
- Assist clients in identifying rental or leasing options that align with their requirements and budget.
- Support rental closures by coordinating negotiations and documentation between owners and tenants.
- Work closely with the property management team,
while inspections and operational processes will be handled by the internal team.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Bengaluru’s rental and leasing market, including pricing trends and popular localities.
- Coordinate with internal marketing teams to ensure properties are properly promoted.
- Maintain accurate records of property inventories, site visits, and deal progress.
Work Experience:
- 0-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or real estate (preferred).
Skills:
- Strong communication skills in English (mandatory).
- Knowledge of Kannada and Hindi is an added advantage.
- Good interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to work in a field-based, target-driven environment.
Other Requirements:
- Valid driving license.
- Own a two-wheeler for site visits and meetings.
