What you’ll do:
A. Technology Responsibilities:
- Contribute towards maturing identified technical capabilities aligned to flow, thermal domain from ES amercas portfolio
- Work closely with product and analysis experts to Develop and validate digital prototypes to mimic product physics and predict key CTQ’s
B. Program Responsibilities:
- Ensure Analysis First deployment on low/medium complex electrical componenets/Assemblies
- Highlight apt technical and schedule risks on assigned low/medium complex programs and work towards metigating those
- Work with SME to effectively support simulation request to manage workload
- C. Extended Responsibilities:
- Participate in ES Americas level initiatives and contribute thru solid value add
- Learn DFSS fundamentals & implement on the programs
- Embrace continuous improvement initiatives and demonstrate consistent increase in “value” from project deliverables
- Create valuable IP to expand innovation envelope for organization growth"
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Mechanical / Fluids & Thermal from reputed institute
- 0-1 Years of Experience in relevant domain
Skills:
- CFD, Heat Transfer, Fluid Mechanics,Simulation tool expertise
