Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
- Prepare detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), Use Cases, and User Stories.
- Facilitate requirement discussions and ensure clarity of business goals across teams.
- Support the design and review of wireframes with a strong understanding of UI/UX principles.
- Coordinate and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate solutions against requirements.
- Handle and document Change Requests with proper impact analysis and version tracking.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile and SDLC-driven setting for effective delivery.
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend process or system enhancements.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance,



Computer Science, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in financial data services or capital markets.
- Strong knowledge of Capital Markets, Trading Terminologies, Derivatives, Money Market, and Forex.
- Expertise in Requirement Gathering, BRD, FRD, Use Cases, User Stories, Stakeholder Management, UAT, and Change Request handling.
- Understanding of Wireframing and UI/UX design fundamentals.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and SDLC processes.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
