Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute sales and marketing campaigns
- Lead training and development initiatives for team members
- Oversee business operations and project coordination
- Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities
- Drive client acquisition and business development
- Manage and mentor team members, taking ownership of leadership responsibilities
- Build and maintain robust client and stakeholder relationships

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management,
