The Therapist is responsible for providing wellness and therapeutic treatments to clients, ensuring a safe, comfortable, and professional experience. The role includes assessing client needs, delivering therapies as per clinic protocols, maintaining treatment records, educating clients on wellness practices, and contributing to overall client satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities
Client Assessment & Consultation
Conduct initial client assessments to understand health concerns, wellness goals, and treatment requirements.
Explain therapy procedures, perks, and expected outcomes.
Recommend suitable wellness programs and treatment plans based on client needs.
Therapy Services
Perform wellness and therapeutic treatments as per clinic standards and protocols.
Deliver services such as body therapies, relaxation therapies, wellness treatments, and other clinic-approved procedures.
Ensure client comfort and safety throughout the treatment session.
Monitor client responses and report any concerns to the supervisor.
Client Care & Follow-Up
Build positive relationships with clients.
Provide post-treatment care instructions and wellness guidance.
Conduct follow-up consultations to monitor client progress.
Address client concerns and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
Hygiene & Safety
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of treatment rooms, equipment, and tools.
Follow all hygiene, infection control, and safety guidelines.
Ensure treatment materials and supplies are properly maintained.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain accurate treatment records and client files.
Update client progress notes and appointment details in the clinic system.
Prepare daily activity and treatment reports as required.
Sales & Service Promotion
Educate clients about available wellness services and packages.
Recommend additional treatments or wellness programs when appropriate.
