We’re Hiring: Accounts Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Manager who can manage day-to-day accounting activities and support statutory compliance. If numbers excite you and accuracy is your strength, we’d love to hear from you

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Maintain day-to-day accounting entries (Debit & Credit)

Prepare and post purchase entries & sales invoices

Handle GST-compliant billing & e-invoicing

Maintain party & vendor ledgers

Track receivables & payables

Perform regular Bank Reconciliation (BRS)

Assist in preparation of trial balance

Manage PF & ESIC entries, challans & returns

✔ Coordinate monthly & statutory returns

✔ Ensure accuracy in sales & purchase bills

✔ Support month-end and year-end closing





✔ Maintain proper accounting documentation

Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of Debit & Credit accounting

Practical exposure to PF, ESIC & statutory compliance

Experience in BRS & outstanding management

Working knowledge of GST & e-invoicing

Hands-on experience with Tally / ERP / Zoho Books

Basic Excel skills

B.Com / M.Com / Accounting background

Experience handling vendor & party accounts

Detail-oriented with good coordination skills
