5 - 15 (Depending on Shift & Line Allocation)

Job Purpose:
To ensure productive operation of Needle Punch Non-Woven production lines by achieving targeted production, maintaining product quality, minimizing waste, optimizing machine performance, and ensuring adherence to safety and process standards.

Position Specifications:
Educational Qualification:
- Diploma / Degree in Textile Technology, Nonwoven Technology or related discipline.

Duration & Nature of Past Experience:
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Needle Punch Non-Woven manufacturing.
- Experience in operating or supervising Carding,



Cross-Lapping, Needle Loom, and Finishing processes.

Knowledge & Skills:
- Knowledge of Needle Punch Non-Woven manufacturing process.
- Understanding of Fibre properties (Polyester, Polypropylene, Meta-Aramid, Para-Aramid, Viscose, Recycled Fibres, etc.).
- Knowledge of Carding, Cross-Lapping, Drafting, and Needle Loom operations.
- Understanding of GSM control, Thickness, Density, Width control, and Mechanical Properties.
- Root Cause Analysis and Problem-Solving skills.
- Team handling and manpower management.
- Knowledge of ERP/SAP systems.
- MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint proficiency.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of safety practices and 5S implementation.
