Job Responsibilities & Requirements:
Hands-on experience with Hotel PMS & IDS Software
Valuable knowledge of LAN & VLAN Networking
Experience in Hotel Door Lock Systems
Knowledge of IPTV Systems
Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues
Providing IT support to hotel operations and staff
Maintaining smooth functioning of hotel IT infrastructure
Eligibility:
✔ Minimum 1-3 years of relevant IT experience (Hotel Industry preferred)
✔ Strong problem-solving and communication skills
✔ Ability to work independently and handle day-to-day IT operations
