Drishti Hospital is a growing multispecialty hospital in Gomoh, Jharkhand, looking for a dedicated Optometrist to join our eye care team. This position is ideal for fresh graduates and junior optometrists seeking strong clinical exposure, mentorship, and long-term career growth.

Salary

₹12,000-15,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)

Clinical Exposure

Work with modern ophthalmic equipment, including:
- Autorefractometer
- Slit Lamp
- Applanation Tonometer
- Non-contact Tonometer (NCT)
- Operating Microscope

Responsibilities
- Perform refraction and comprehensive eye examinations
- Conduct basic ophthalmic investigations (Visual Acuity,



Autorefraction, IOP, etc.)
- Assist the Ophthalmologist during OPD and surgeries
- Counsel patients regarding spectacles and treatment
- Participate in community eye camps
- Maintain patient records and support day-to-day departmental operations

Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Optometry
- Good communication and patient counselling skills
- Strong work ethic, professionalism, and willingness to learn
- Willing to relocate to Gomoh, Jharkhand
