⁠ ⁠Consultative Selling: Understand the client’s business goals and pitch relevant ProPosting services (e.g., Performance Marketing for ROI, Brand Strategy for identity, Social Media for community building).

⁠ ⁠Pipeline Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing. Maintain a healthy pipeline of leads and ensure consistent follow-ups.

⁠ ⁠Proposal & Negotiation: Create compelling proposals and pitch decks tailored to international market standards. Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close deals profitably.

⁠ ⁠Market Intelligence: Stay up to date on global digital marketing trends to effectively communicate value propositions to international prospects.

Required Skills & Qualifications

⁠ ⁠Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in B2B Sales or Business Development,



specifically within a Digital Marketing Agency or IT Services environment.

⁠ ⁠International Exposure is a Bonus: Proven track record of closing deals with clients in international markets (US/UK/Europe/UAE) is highly preferred.

⁠ ⁠Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of digital marketing terminologies (SEO, PPC, ROAS, Content Strategy, Branding) to hold meaningful conversations with marketing heads and founders.

⁠ ⁠Tech Savvy: Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar), Google Workspace, and LinkedIn networking.

⁠ ⁠Soft Skills: Resilience, high energy, self-motivation, and a "hunter" mindset.
