Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Create, develop, and modify garment patterns using Winda CAD Software.
- Develop master patterns based on measurement charts, design specifications, and fit requirements.
- Perform pattern grading across multiple sizes.
- Verify pattern dimensions, styling details, and garment construction requirements.
- Prepare patterns with notches, sewing instructions, garment specifications, and style references.
- Support sample development, fit trials, and pattern corrections.
- Collaborate with Design, Sampling, Cutting, and Production teams to ensure production readiness.
- Optimize patterns for fit, fabric utilization, and production efficiency.
- Maintain and organize digital and physical pattern records.

Requirements:




- Proficiency in Winda CAD Software.
- Strong knowledge of men's wear pattern making and garment construction.
- Experience in Shirts, Trousers, Jackets, Suits, Blazers, and Tailored Garments.
- Understanding of pattern grading, fit correction, and production requirements.
- Strong attention to detail and measurement accuracy.
- Ability to work closely with production and sampling teams.

Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Fashion Design, Garment Technology, Apparel Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in CAD Pattern Making for Men's Wear.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
