Role Summary

We're looking for an experienced Facade Designer to join our in-office team and work on live US facade projects. This role goes beyond drafting — you'll be involved in facade system selection, design development, and technical resolution of curtain wall, cladding, and glazing assemblies, translating architectural design intent into buildable, code-compliant facade solutions for US clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop facade design concepts and technical solutions for curtain wall,



unitized/stick-built systems, rainscreen cladding, window wall, and structural glazing
- Translate architect's design intent into detailed facade systems, addressing performance, constructability, and cost considerations
- Prepare design development (DD) and construction document (CD) level facade drawings — plans, elevations, sections, and details
- Coordinate facade design with structural, MEP, and architectural teams to resolve interface and clash issues
- Evaluate facade material systems, thermal performance, and waterproofing/detailing strategies
- Support facade consultants/engineers with technical input during design review cycles
- Respond to client (architect/facade consultant) comments and redlines with quick, accurate turnaround
- Maintain design and drawing standards consistent with client-specific templates and expectations
- Communicate directly with US-based clients during overla
