- Quality Assurance: Determine and enforce strict quality control standards to ensure all finished products meet company and regulatory specifications. [1, 2]
- Equipment Maintenance: Organize routine preventative maintenance and repairs for manufacturing machinery to minimize downtime. [1, 2]
- Health & Safety: Enforce safety and environmental regulations on the production floor to create a safe work environment for all personnel. [1, 2]
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, schedule,
