- Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Mechanical Integrity Engineering service projects for oil & gas assets
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve annual business objectives and drive sustainable growth
- Responsible for hiring, training, deployment, and delivery excellence
- Manage large teams with respect to revenue, margins and applied ratio.
- Manage customer relationship and generate new business opportunity.
- Collaborate with customer operations, engineering,



and procurement teams to align service delivery with contractual SLAs and KPIs.
- Drive continuous improvement in service quality, performance, and cost efficiency.
- Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resource utilization, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
- Build and maintain robust client relationships, acting as a key point of contact for escalations and strategic discussions.
- Implement digital tools and analytics for customer value proposition and better business insights.
