About Us

Homansh Galaxy Hotel is a premium hospitality property located on Mall Road, Kanpur, featuring 32 well-appointed rooms, a multi-cuisine restaurant, and two banquet halls. We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Supervisor who can lead our restaurant and banquet service team, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and maintain high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the daily operations of the restaurant and banquet service.
- Lead, manage, and motivate the team of stewards and service staff.
- Prepare staff duty rosters and allocate daily responsibilities.
- Ensure excellent guest service and resolve customer complaints professionally.
- Monitor grooming, discipline, attendance, and punctuality of the service team.
- Coordinate with the Kitchen, Housekeeping, Front Office, and Banquet teams for smooth operations.
- Ensure proper table setup, buffet arrangements, and restaurant cleanliness.
- Train new employees on SOPs, food & beverage service standards, and hospitality etiquette.
- Monitor food service quality, presentation, and service timing.




- Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and service standards.
- Supervise banquet events, conferences, weddings, and corporate functions.
- Monitor restaurant opening and closing checklists.
- Assist in inventory control of restaurant operating supplies.
- Ensure proper use of the POS system and accurate billing procedures.
- Prepare daily operational reports and submit them to the General Manager.
- Work towards improving guest satisfaction, repeat business, and team productivity.

Requirements:
- 3-7 years of experience in restaurant or hotel operations.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Restaurant Supervisor, Captain, or Senior Steward.
- Experience in hotel restaurants and banquet operations is preferred.
- Robust leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and guest-handling abilities.
- Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant billing.
