Job Title: International Customer Support Agent

Job Summary

We are looking fresher graduates for a proactive and customer-focused International Customer Support Agent to handle global customer queries across multiple channels. The role involves providing timely and effective support while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and maintaining brand standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone from international clients
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate complex issues when required
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM systems
- Meet KPIs such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores
- Adapt communication style to suit different cultures and regions
- Coordinate with internal teams (technical, logistics, billing) for issue resolution
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company processes

Required Skills & Qualifications




- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts for global coverage)
- Basic computer skills
