Roles and Responsibility required:
- Prepare monthly attendance and leave records.
- Prepare all staff salary.
- Maintain employees Expenses and salary advance sheet.
- Maintain all Employees Documents and updation.
- Prepare Statements and reports of the employee.
- Attendance Management, taking daily attendance from site and update in the record.
- Retrieves source files and work from the data center each day.
- Uses data entry equipment to record assigned data.
- Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Handling additional duties from time to time.
What you bring for this role:
- Experience: Minimum 0-1 years.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or related software.
- Excellent and precise data entry and typing skills.
- Positive organisational and multi-tasking abilities.
- Min. Qualification any graduate degree.
- Additional qualifications will be a plus.
- Ability to work independently.
