Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily site activities to ensure work is executed as per the design, specification, and schedule.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders for smooth project execution.
- Monitor site progress and prepare regular reports for management.
- Ensure safety regulations and quality standards are met on-site.
- Review drawings and specifications and provide technical input when needed.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Manage material deliveries and ensure resources are efficiently utilized.
- Maintain site records including daily logs, labor attendance, and quality checklists.
- Liaise with government authorities for inspections, approvals, and permits.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.




- Proven experience in site supervision of civil construction projects.
- Proficiency in construction management tools (AutoCAD, MS Project, etc.).
- Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to work on-site and travel as needed.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹420,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
