Key Responsibilities
- Train students in Graphic Design through practical, hands-on learning.
- Explain design concepts in a simple and easy-to-understand manner.
- Conduct classroom and lab sessions with live demonstrations.
- Guide students in creating industry-standard portfolios.
- Mentor students while working on real client and industrial projects.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, AI tools, and creative workflows.
Software Knowledge Required
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe InDesign
- Adobe XD (UI/UX Design)
- Canva Pro / Affinity Designer
- Basic AI-powered design tools will be an added advantage.
Desired Skills
- Strong understanding of design principles, branding, typography, layout, colour theory and visual communication.
- Good practical knowledge of print design, social media creatives, marketing material and digital graphics.
- Ability to explain concepts patiently and clearly.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for mentoring students and helping them build successful careers.
- A portfolio or project showcase demonstrating your work is preferred.
Eligibility
- Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Fine Arts or related field (preferred).
- Freshers with excellent software skills, creativity and a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply.
- Experienced Graphic Designers, Trainers or Industry Professionals are welcome.
