Role Overview

This position is ideal for someone with experience in Australian migration administration who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional client service.

Requirements:
- 2-3 years of demonstrated experience in migration or immigration operations, or a related field.




- In-depth knowledge of visa processes, immigration frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
- Solid understanding of Australian visa categories and migration pathways, with particular expertise in student-to-permanent residency transitions.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage, mentor, and motivate teams to achieve operational goals.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle escalations effectively.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and administrative capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- High level of attention to detail, with a strong focus on accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in relevant systems and tools, including LEGENDcom, DoHA portals, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM platforms.
