Millet Momo Outlet is looking for energetic, customer-focused Service Staff / Counter Executives to join our growing team. If you're passionate about delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced restaurant environment, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and take orders with a friendly attitude.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently and professionally.
- Handle billing using the POS system.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, service counter, and workstations.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely order preparation and delivery.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and company standards at all times.
Requirements:
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in a restaurant, café, or QSR (Freshers are also welcome to apply).
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
