Shift: Night Shift | 7:30 PM - 4:30 AM IST
Working Days: Monday to Friday | Saturday & Sunday Off

Key Responsibilities
- Clearly explain company services, processes, and available opportunities.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and outreach to follow-up and closing.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, communications, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Consistently achieve monthly sales targets and assigned KPIs.




- Follow up with prospects regularly and convert qualified leads into business opportunities.
- Collaborate with recruitment, sales, and leadership teams to achieve organizational goals.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- 0-5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Customer Support, Recruitment, or a related field.
