Moe’s Casa Mexicana is a Mexican-inspired Quick Service Restaurant focused on delivering great food, excellent service, and a memorable customer experience. We are looking for an energetic and experienced Store Manager to lead our outlet in Saket, Delhi.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the store.
- Lead, train, and motivate the store team to achieve sales and operational targets.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer feedback and complaints professionally.
- Monitor daily sales, cash handling, billing, and POS transactions.
- Manage inventory, stock levels, food wastage, and product availability.
- Ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene, cleanliness, and quality standards.
- Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance and shift allocation.
- Ensure smooth store opening and closing procedures.




- Monitor food quality, portion control, product presentation, and service standards.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams, particularly during peak hours.
- Conduct regular stock counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Maintain store records, checklists, and daily operational reports.
- Ensure proper maintenance of equipment and store infrastructure.
- Implement company SOPs, promotions, and operational initiatives.
- Identify operational challenges and take timely corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable statutory requirements.
- 2-4 years of experience in QSR, Restaurant, Café, or Food & Beverage operations.
- Previous experience as a Store Manager, Restaurant Manager, or Assistant Store Manager preferred.
- Robust leadership and team management skills.
- Good understanding of QSR operations, inventory management, and cost control.
- Excellent customer service
