Key ResponsibilitiesBanking & Loan Coordination
- Collect, verify, and maintain all customer KYC and financial documents required for loan processing.
- Resolve documentation discrepancies and communicate updates to customers and internal teams.

DISCOM & Government Documentation
- Coordinate with DISCOM officials for inspections, meter installation, and project approvals.
- Ensure timely submission of all documents required for grid connectivity and commissioning.
- Maintain records of approvals, inspection reports, and compliance documents.
- Stay updated on state and central government solar policies, subsidy programs, and DISCOM regulations.

Documentation & Coordination
- Maintain accurate digital and physical records of customer files and project documentation.
- Coordinate with the sales, engineering, installation, and project teams to ensure documentation is completed at every stage.
- Monitor documentation timelines to avoid project delays.
- Ensure all documentation complies with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications Required




- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in documentation, banking coordination, loan processing, or administrative roles.
- Solid knowledge of documentation procedures and record management.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.
- Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines with high accuracy.

Preferred
- Experience in the solar, renewable energy, electrical, or EPC industry.
- Familiarity with DISCOM processes, net metering, and rooftop solar documentation.
- Experience coordinating with banks and NBFCs for loan processing.
- Knowledge of government solar subsidy schemes and compliance requirements.
