- Client is looking to replace existing reconciliation system Gresham with Exceptor which will be enterprise-wide recon platform across FO, MO and BO.
Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
Business Engagement & Stakeholder Management
Act as the primary point of contact for business users
Engage with front-to-back office stakeholders to understand requirements and pain points
Facilitate workshops, discussions, and walkthroughs with business and IT teams
Build strong relationships to drive alignment and timely decision-making
Requirements Gathering & Analysis
Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
Translate business needs into explicit, actionable requirements for implementation in Xceptor
Ensure requirements are well understood by both IT and vendor teams
