Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents regarding MBBS, BDS, and allied health science admissions in India and abroad.
- Provide detailed guidance on NEET eligibility, counselling procedures, college selection, fee structures, scholarships, and documentation.
- Follow up with prospective students and ensure timely conversion of leads into admissions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, colleges, and partner institutions.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, admissions, and student interactions in the CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Mentor junior counsellors and support them in achieving counselling and conversion goals.
- Stay updated with NEET regulations, MCC counselling, state counselling, and overseas medical admission processes.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.

Eligibility




- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Master's degree is an added advantage).
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in medical admission counselling, academic counselling, or the EdTech sector.
- Proven experience in MBBS admissions for India

Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of NEET, MCC counselling, state counselling, and medical admission procedures.
- Excellent communication, counselling, and presentation skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple student enquiries and admissions simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and team coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
