Experience working with D2C, retail, fashion, or e-commerce brands is must.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle GST filing and returns accurately within timelines
- Manage payment reconciliations and vendor/customer settlements
- Maintain accounts and bookkeeping in Tally
- Prepare monthly book closures and financial reports
- Generate and maintain invoices, purchase orders (POs), and related documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams for finance and operational requirements
- Ensure proper record keeping and compliance with accounting standards
Requirements:
- Prior experience in accounting and finance operations
- Strong knowledge of GST, reconciliations, invoicing, and Tally
- Positive understanding of bookkeeping and monthly closing processes
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Experience working with D2C, retail, fashion, or e-commerce brands is must
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Domlur, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
