We are aggressively scaling across digital channels and are looking for a performance-driven Google Ads Executive to own and grow our paid search revenue.

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on and result-oriented Google Ads Executive who has deep experience managing and scaling Google Ads campaigns exclusively for D2C brands. You will be responsible for end-to-end Google Ads management, marketing budget handling, and leading a small team — with transparent accountability on ROAS, CPA, and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

Google Ads Management

Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, and Remarketing




Own and manage monthly marketing budgets efficiently with full accountability on ROAS and CPA
Build and restructure campaign architecture for maximum performance and scalability
Identify keyword gaps, negative keyword opportunities, and competitor ad strategies
Drive participation in seasonal sales, festive campaigns, and platform promotions
Run A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, keywords, audiences, and bidding strategies
Budget & Performance Management

Handle and allocate monthly Google Ads budgets of ₹5 Lakhs+ effectively
Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics — CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, Conversion Rate, and Revenue
Prepare actionable performance reports with clear insights and optimization recommendations
Ensure maximum ROI on every rupee spent across campaigns
Team Handling

Lead and mentor a small team of 1-2 marketing executives or interns
Assign tasks, review performance, and ensure timely e
