Required Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of building construction methodologies.
- Experience in RCC work, finishing work, and structural execution.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Knowledge of bar bending schedules (BBS) and reinforcement detailing.
- Understanding of estimation, quantity surveying, BOQ, and billing.
- Familiarity with quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) procedures.
- Knowledge of construction materials and testing methods.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Office.
- Familiarity with IS Codes and National Building Code (NBC).

Working Conditions

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
