Financial Accounting & Reporting
- Finalization of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Preparation of project-wise Profit & Loss Accounts and Balance Sheets.
- Preparation of MIS reports, financial dashboards, and management reports.
- Monitoring project profitability and revenue recognition.
- Cash flow planning and fund management.

Taxation & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, and other statutory requirements.
- Preparation and filing of tax returns and statutory reports.
- Handling tax assessments, notices, and departmental audits.
- Monitoring compliance calendars and statutory deadlines.

RERA & Real Estate Compliance
- Managing RERA registrations and project compliance.
- Preparation of RERA financial statements and CA certifications.
- Monitoring project escrow/designated accounts.
- Ensuring compliance with real estate regulatory requirements.

Project Accounting & Cost Control
- Maintain project-wise accounting records.




- Budget preparation and cost variance analysis.
- Monitoring construction costs, contractor payments, and project expenditures.
- Revenue recognition and Work-in-Progress (WIP) accounting.

Audit & Internal Controls
- Coordination with statutory, internal, GST, and tax auditors.
- Implementation of internal financial controls.
- Ensuring proper documentation and compliance processes.
- Closure of audit observations and risk mitigation.

Banking & Finance
- Liaison with banks, financial institutions, and lenders.
- Preparation of CMA data and loan documentation.
- Fund raising, project finance, and working capital management.
- Monitoring customer collections and vendor payments.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month

Education:
- Master's (required)

Experience:
- As a CA: 5 years (preferred)
